Shibili Rahiman KP is a serial entrepreneur, angel investor, and the Founder & Chairman of RAC – Royal Assets & Companies, a diversified startup ecosystem headquartered in Kerala. By the age of 22, he has founded and scaled 15+ ventures across fintech, edtech, IT, AI, media, fitness, real estate tech, automotive, and lifestyle sectors.

He envisions RAC not just as a company, but as a complete startup ecosystem that bridges the gap between investors and founders. His flagship project, the RAC Ecosystem Tower (Vision 2026) in Calicut, is a ₹300 crore initiative designed as a 10-floor incubation hub to empower 300+ startups within three years. Beyond that, his roadmap includes RAC Village 2030—a large-scale campus with private university, startup hubs, and global expansion plans—aiming for an IPO by 2036 with a target valuation of ₹37,500 crore.

Shibili’s journey began as an office boy at the age of 12, and within a decade, he transformed into a recognized business tycoon featured in international magazines, invited as a chief guest at institutions, and celebrated as one of Kerala’s leading young entrepreneurs.
